I was in a similar situation 7 years ago.
Trade life for money
For 13 years, I chased external success, mindlessly devoting all my time and energy to it.
Work-Life Balance? No Chance!
I only knew one speed of life: high speed – no pit stops, no proper breaks, no free weekends.
I constantly over-invested in work, chasing the next „big high” and never taking the time to stop and reflect on what I really need.
And why would I? I was bursting with energy and experiencing success.
It worked until I painfully learned that living outside my rhythm and not in alignment with my values was doomed to failure. Although I had achieved all my goals, I felt emptier, more disconnected, and less energetic than ever. In the end, my body and mind surrendered.
That’s where I started to question my strive for success.
I wondered what success is worth if I’m not healthy, authentic, and happy.

The coaching Process
My Approach
I take a holistic approach where we look at the different areas of your life. Because most of the time, it’s never about a single challenge in life, like “finding time to work out” or “live healthier.”
It’s about the big picture.
It’s about YOU!
And that’s why you won’t find any fixed ideas or concepts in my coaching that I want to impose on you.
What works for me may not be suited for you.
Life offers many colorful and exciting paths that you can explore if you are open to and curious about it.
To support you, I’ll hop on this journey with a bag full of experience, proven tools, and methods that I have acquired over the past years.
Holistic Approach
Together we will dive into a 3-phase process that looks like this:

We kick off with an in-depth analysis of the six key domains in your life to gain more clarity on your current situation, lifestyle, and struggles.
You paint a clear vision of your desired lifestyle so we can work out realistic goals, define your priorities, and create a personal action and coaching plan.

Let’s put your coaching plan into action and get you out of your comfort zone! I’ll guide you in exploring a new normal and equip you with the strategies and tools for a healthy life and performance.
It’s your time to playfully experiment with new habits and ideas.

TRANSFORM
We wrap our journey up by anchoring your progress and setting up the necessary structures for a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
You’ll put in place the essential systems and boundaries that prioritize and protect your well-being in the future.
My goal is to help you get back into the rhythm of your life.

A 3-month kickstart program is the first step we take together. This is where we lay the new foundation to transform your life and uncover the first significant area you’ll tackle head-on. To do this, we’ll have 9x 1:1 coaching sessions spread over 3 months.
If synergy flows and you decide to further deepen your long-term transformation, we will continue with the 6-month deep-dive program.
Sessions last for 60 minutes and take place via Zoom. To reinforce your change process, you will get individualized assignments and challenges in between sessions.
It includes an in-depth assessment to identify your coaching needs, a personalized action plan, as well as a coaching contract and guidelines setting the ground for our work.
